Storage Container Solutions

Created as a way to transport materials safely over the seven seas, shipping containers have been used on dry land for decades. Today, high-quality storage containers are ideal solutions for a variety of short- and long-term applications. At Container Stop, we love hearing about all the new ideas and specializations people have for storage shipping containers.

We offer several different grades of containers, in both standard and customizable sizes. Grades refer to the shape the container is in. The highest grade containers have been used just a few times, with no rust spots, straight edges, and nearly new floors. Basically a step down from brand new.

Tack Room created from Shipping ContainerInterested in using storage shipping containers as a tiny home or ADU? For living quarters, accessory dwelling units, or construction site offices, these are the containers to consider because of their overall appearance straight lines. All of our containers, however, will survive the storm as we like to say.

If the purpose of your storage container is a portable storage unit, dropping down a grade or two may make more sense. These containers will have varying degrees of dings, spots of rust, or “well-lived” floors. However, all of our containers, no matter the grade, are wind and watertight guaranteed.

The largest containers we offer are 45 feet long, but we can customize a container down to almost any size. Our smallest container solution was for a campground: They needed a five-foot container to house a washer and dryer for laundry. Standard 40’, 20’, and 10’ storage containers are the most common requests.

Will It Fit?

Our used shipping containers for sale can be modified for hundreds of solutions. One thing our 20’ storage containers for sale can’t do is fit in a 15-foot space. When considering uses for a storage container, don’t forget about where it will be placed.

While Container Stop delivers all over California and the Pacific Northwest, we need to have the room to place your container. If possible, we will conduct a site evaluation. If we don’t have the space to maneuver, we will place the container as close as possible. Interested in standard containers or something a little more stylized? Let us know what you’re looking for.
